A small village of Feldheim in the German state of Brandenburg is the first in the country to be fully self-sufficient in energy. All the inhabitants have invested in wind park, biofuel electricity and heating station. Feldheim actually sells energy to the national electricity grid. German government has desided to give up nuclear power by 2020. The pressure against nuclear power went off the scale after the Fucushima disaster in Japan.
